The objective of the study is to determine the consistency of parental productivity indicators with the bioinformational activity parameters of their superficially localized biologically active centers and to develop a bioinformational model for sheep breeding efficiency. The subjects of the study were rams and ewes of the North Caucasian breed of sheep aged 1.5 to 3.5 years and their offspring, obtained from different variants of bioenergetic selection of parental pairs, bred on sheep farms in the Orel Region. The studies were conducted from 2016 to 2021. Bioinformational activity was assessed by measuring bioelectric potential levels in PLBAC: N 13, 15, 64, 65, 80 using an ELAP device. Heritability of daughters was studied using the double mother-daughter correlation method, and that of sons was assessed based on the observed heterosis effect. The results of bioenergetic parameterization of the PLBAC of stud rams aged one and a half years turned out to be significantly lower relative to animals aged 2.5 and 3.5 years, on average, by 5.7 (12.9 %) and 4.8 μA (10.9 %), respectively (p < 0.05); for the yield of unwashed wool – by 2.3 (26.1) and 3.7 kg (42.0 %), respectively (p < 0.05; p < 0.01; p < 0.001). In young ewes, the parameterization result was also significantly lower by 3.3 (9.2 %) and 5.73 μA (16.0 %) relative to older ewes, with a difference in the amount of unwashed wool of 0.97 (31.1 %) and 1.35 kg (43.2 %) (at p < 0.01 and p < 0.001), respectively. The applied bioinformatic selection of parental pairs made it possible to adapt the methodological tools for estimating the heritability coefficient in offspring. With average parameters of superficially localized biologically active centers in ewes of 41.2 μA and above and in stud rams of 43.9 μA and above, the heritability coefficient for daughters was 0.74 units, and the heterosis effect in sons was 132.9 %, which largely reflects the variability of bioinformational parameters in determining their future productivity levels. The bioinformational parameters and productivity data obtained and processed during the study allowed us to develop a predictive model for bioenergetic selection of ewes from parent flocks to obtain offspring with highly heritable productivity traits.
