The objective of the study is to determine the biological effectiveness of foliar application of an aqueous fertilizer solution based on Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed extract (EMW + NPK 3-2-10) in combination with micronutrient fertilizers in commercial grape plantings in the Anapa-Taman soil and climatic zone of the Krasnodar Region. Single-factor field trials were conducted in 2024–2025 in the region's deep, medium-humus chernozem soils (Open Joint-Stock Company Agroindustrial company Fanagoria), characterized by heavy loamy and clayey texture, low levels of harmful, readily soluble salts, actual acidity within 7.4–7.8, low levels of available phosphorus compounds, and moderate levels of mineral nitrogen and exchangeable potassium. The region's moderately continental, arid climate is characterized by sharp fluctuations in air temperature caused by winds (often exceeding 14–15 m/s), low-snow winters, and occasional thaws. Under these conditions, foliar treatments of grape plants were carried out after ovary formation (EMW + NPK 3-2-10 + aqueous solution of boron fertilizer), during the phase of intensive berry growth (EMW + NPK 3-2-10 + chelated ME), and at the beginning of berry ripening (EMW + NPK 3-2-10 + chelated ME). The area of the production trial plot was 2 hectares. The trial was replicated four times. Foliar treatments with aqueous nutrient solutions of fertilizers were carried out mechanically. During the growing season (primarily during the summer period of intense hydrothermal factors), agrobiological surveys and observations were conducted in accordance with methodological recommendations for organizing and conducting research on grape production technology, as well as establishing and conducting fertilizer experiments. Laboratory studies of plant material samples (leaves and shoots) were conducted using standard and original methods developed at the North Caucasian Federal Scientific Center of Horticulture, Viticulture, Wine-making (FSBSI NCFSCHVW) and modern instrumentation and analytical equipment. Positive effects of foliar feeding were identified in terms of plant water balance (water-holding capacity increased by 28.2–60.6 %), pigment complex stability (green pigment content increased by 16.1–28.1 %), antioxidant synthesis, plant productivity (yield increased by up to 45.2 %), and crop quality (berry juice sugar content increased by up to 15.7 %).
