The article presents the current state of the agricultural lands in the Tyumen region conditions, the development of the scientific-methodical approach to the implementation of the territory environmental mapping elements and the establishment of areas with the relevant degree status and use of lands for their efficient organization, preservation, development and restoration of the natural-resource potential.
