    <p>В статье приведены результаты исследований динамики показателя активности воды в продуктах, упакованных различными способами. Установлена динамика величины активности воды салатов, упакованных под вакуумом и в модифицированной газовой среде.</p>

    <p>The research results of water activity indicator dynamics in the products, which are packaged in different ways, are given in the article. Water activity level dynamics of the salads that are packaged under vacuum and in the modified atmosphere is determined.</p>
