The agro-industrial complex of Krasnoyarsk region is one of the most perspective components of regional economy, carries out important social functions in the society. For the purpose of identification of key factors of de-velopment of the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises the analysis of current state and prospects of development of the enterprises of a com-plex, by allocation and systematization of factors of a sustainable develop-ment of the enterprises of the complex was carried out. Division of factors on external and internal allowed allocating the source and the form of influence of factors on stability of development of the enterprises. Distribution of fac-tors on functional fields of activity, allowed establishing functional area of management steady development of the agrarian and industrial complex enterprise. Carried-out analysis showed that now the main problem of the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises there is a low level of produc-tion technologies reducing stability of development of the enterprises of a complex. Special importance of technology factor in providing sustainable development of the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises demands its account at the level of strategic planning. The solution of problems of strategic planning of sustainable development demanded carrying out iden-tification and classification of factors of sustainable development of the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises. As a result of systematiza-tion of factors of sustainable development of the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises problems of further research were defined: the defini-tion of the main types of innovations at the agrarian and industrial com-plexes enterprises, the development of special model of strategic planning of technological development of agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises considering branch features of a complex. The definition of the main types of innovations at the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises on the ba-sis of the accounting of factors of a sustainable development of the enter-prises of a complex allowed will establish basic sign of typology of innova-tions in agrarian and industrial complex in the sphere of conducting agro-business. Therefore in the study the authors carried out group of innovative projects of the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises for two fields of activity: agriculture and plant growing, and also animal husbandry and veterinary science. Each of these spheres of agrobusiness is characterized by a subject of innovative activity. In this regard innovative projects were di-vided in three groups: technologies, products, markets. The leading role of technological innovations in development of the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises of Krasnoyarsk region and the need of the account at the strategic level demanded the development of special model of strategic planning of technological development of the agrarian and industrial com-plex enterprise. The offered model of strategic planning of technological de-velopment considers branch features of the agrarian and industrial com-plexes enterprises and therefore can be recommended for practical applica-tion at the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises of Krasnoyarsk region.
