One of the problems in sports horse breeding is joints injury. The arising inflammations of joints are the most frequent pathologies met in horses. The treatment of arthritises of traumatic genesis has to be directed on decreasing in inflammatory process-es, restoration of the structure and functional prop-erties of tissues of joint. The studying of therapeutic efficiency of using of hondroprotector, homeopathic remedies, and also low-intensive laser therapy in treatment of aseptic arthritises in horses was the research objective. The researches were conduct-ed on the basis of JSC SHP “Mustang” of Emel-yanovsky Region of Krasnoyarsk Territory. The objects of researches were 160 horses of Orlov Trotter and Russian Trotter breed. For the definition of clinical symptoms of arthritis survey and palpa-tion of joints of extremities, measurements of local temperature were used. For the definition of lame-ness and the pain in joints the test for bending was used. The animals of the first experimental group were injected hypodermically with "Bonharen" (honroprotector) (0.01 ml on 1 kg of mass of an animal hypodermically, a course of treatment was 5 injections with an interval of 5 days) and "Travmatin" (1 ml on 100 kg hypodermical-ly/intramuscularly twice a day, within 5 days), within the first three days the hypostasis of fabrics and morbidity in the inflamed carpal joint were ob-served, the lameness amplifying after test on bend-ing was identified. The decrease in the phenomena of hypostasis and morbidity happened by 13th day of researches. One of three animals from the 15th to the 24th day of the experiment at the movement on solid soil had a lameness of easy degree. Since 25th day all animals of the first experimental group had a negative test for bending, during the move-ment lynx animals did not limp. The animals of the second experimental group to whom laser therapy for the treatment of sharp arthritis in the contact scanning way was applied, by 3rd day of the re-search had a decrease in the puffiness in the af-fected joint. The lameness was shown in two hors-es only after the test for bending. For the 10th day the animals in this group clinically looked healthy, actively moved, the area of carpal joint was pain-less, hypostases were not present. For fixing of the received result it was decided to continue the treatment according to the scheme. The dosed physical activities did not cause the recurrence of the disease.
