The research objective was the assessment of grain market of Krasnoyarsk region to use the re-sults for grain processing productions. The con-ducted researches were directed on the structure of production of grain crops studying and the possibil-ity of its use for the production of flour, grain, com-pound feeds. The dynamics of market capacity of grain taking into account the use of flour and grain in 2003-2014 was traced, as a result it was estab-lished that in 2015 gross grain yield after comple-tion increased by 19.0 %. The output exceeded grain market capacity in general, having surplus. Following the results of 2014 the needs for grain were covered for 129.9 % by own (internal) produc-tion. In Krasnoyarsk region the balance of produc-tion and consumption of grain was positive. Con-siderable impact on it and essential difference be-tween production and consumption of grain were observed in the following areas: Uzhursky, Naza-rovsky, Novoselovsky, Kansky. This situation cor-responded to high rates of gross collecting grain yield. Growth rates of production of grain had also considerable advance in the consumption growth that influenced growth of the excess of grain in the region and gave strong base for export and devel-opment of processing industries. In Achinsk and Berezovsky areas the deficiency of grain connected with advancing of level of consumption of grain in production when exporting grain in the region was observed. In combination with high gross collecting yield, Krasnoyarsk region was most attractive in the development of production and processing of wheat, oats and barley, making perspective expan-sion of the areas under grain crops, flour-grinding, cereal and formula-feed productions.
