    <p>Изучены морфологические особенности сибирских сортов смородины черной (Ribes nigrum L.) и биохимический состав ягод. Обоснована возможность использования смородины черной сибирских сортов в качестве сырья для функциональных продуктов питания.</p>

    <p>The morphological peculiarities of Siberian black currant (Ribes nigrum L.) sorts and berry biochemical composition are studied. The possibility of Siberian sort black currant use as raw materials for functional foodstuff is substantiated.</p>
