   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Исследована биодеградация полигидроксиалканоатов (ПГА) различного химического состава в модельных почвенных средах. Показано, что менее кристалличные сополимерные образцы разрушаются быстрее гомополимерных. Установлено, что на поверхности образцов ПГА формируется специфичный микробный комплекс и определены первичные деструкторы ПГА: бактерии Bacillus, Mycobacterium, Streptomyces, Pseudomonas и микромицеты Penicillium, Acremonium и Trichoderma. </p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The degradation of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) with different chemical composition in model soil environments is studied in the article. It is shown that less crystalline co-polymer samples are destroyed faster than homopolymer ones. It is determined that the specific microbial complex is formed on PHA-surfaces and initial PHA-degrading microorganisms are identified such as: bacteria Bacillus, Mycobacterium, Streptomyces, Pseudomonas and micromycetes Penicillium, Acremonium and Trichoderma. </p>
