    <p>Цель исследований – определение влияния нетрадиционной кормовой добавки на основе модифицированной пивной дробины на развитие внутренних органов и биохимические показатели сыворотки крови цыплят-бройлеров. В условиях вивария ФГБНУ КНЦЗВ проведены научные исследования на цыплятах-бройлерах кросса Arbor Acres. Методом пар-аналогов сформированы 2 группы по 42 головы в каждой. Вся подопытная птица содержалась в одноярусных клетках с сетчатым полом, со свободным доступом к корму и воде. Длительность научного эксперимента составила 40 дней. Скармливание изучаемой кормовой добавки в рационах для второй группы способствовало установлению тенденции к повышению живой массы на 2,9 % в сравнении с контролем. Среднесуточное потребление корма опытной птицей увеличилось на 2,3 % относительно контрольных аналогов. Однако затраты корма на 1 кг прироста живой массы снизились на 0,6 %. Полученные данные о биохимическом составе сыворотки крови цыплят свидетельствуют об отсутствии негативного влияния изучаемых кормовых средств на обменные процессы в организме бройлеров. Результаты контрольного убоя свидетельствуют о том что какая-либо патология в развитии внутренних органов подопытной птицы отсутствует. Мышечный желудок птицы, получавшей изучаемую добавку, достоверно (Р ≤ 0,05) увеличился на 12,9 % относительно контроля. Использование изучаемых кормовых средств в составе рационов для мясных цыплят не оказывает негативного влияния на обменные процессы их организма и развитие внутренних органов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The objective of the study is to determine the effect of a non-traditional feed additive based on modified brewer's grains on the development of internal organs and serum biochemistry in broiler chickens. Research was conducted on Arbor Acres broiler chickens in the vivarium of the Federal State Budget Scientific Institution Krasnodar Research Centre for Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. Two groups of 42 birds each were formed using the pair-analog method. All test birds were housed in single-tier cages with mesh floors and free access to feed and water. The duration of the scientific experiment was 40 days. Feeding the studied feed additive to the second group's diets resulted in a 2.9 % increase in live weight compared to the control. Average daily feed intake by the test birds increased by 2.3 % compared to the control. However, feed costs per 1 kg of live weight gain decreased by 0.6 %. The obtained data on the biochemical composition of chicken blood serum indicate the absence of a negative impact of the studied feed on metabolic processes in the body of broilers. The results of the control slaughter indicate that there were no abnormalities in the development of the internal organs of the test birds. The gizzard size of the birds receiving the studied supplement significantly (P ≤ 0.05) increased by 12.9 % compared to the control. The use of the studied feed in diets for meat chickens does not have a negative impact on their metabolic processes or the development of internal organs.</p>
